Winter 2002-2003 Regular Season
Third period undoes Labatt: After playing a close game and being down 1-0 after two periods of play, Labatt fell prey to a three-goal period by Jonathan Nichols of the New Enforcers. Rob Cassetti tallied one goal against Pearl Seto's replacement in goal for the NE's, but it wasn't enough and Labatt fell 4-1. Two new players for Labatt?: Craig Denton made his debut on the ice for the Blue, and was strong playing alongside Joel and Jan. Mike Lii looked like a new man, or a man possessed, as he continued to show everyone why Labatt put that big contract on the table to acquire #8. Other E-League Action: Strychnine got caught by a furious Red Storm, taking five pucks in their net during a second period hurricane and eventually sinking 5-2. Box Score:
